boys boys boys..michievious..stubborn..haiz!
this morning two of my students hurt themselves during recess. They were running ard on the field..and the next thing..i heard.. CIKGU!!!!! I was in the canteen when the school attendant aprroached me. couldnt belive wat i see..euw..my boys..were badly hurt..kinda knocked each other..one left with a swell..bad bad swell..all bruised..blood clot!..haiz! as big as 50cents coin..infact slightly bigger! the bruise was right under his left eye..and he was crying madly! gosh!!! the other boy had a not-so-big swell on his forehead! quickly dashed them to the office. I asked ard wat actually happened..for any eye-witnesses...while the other staff..applied ice pack to ease the pain. Traumatic it was! Since i was on duty this morning..i had to write a full page report.. sigh. Most of my colleagues asked me to get ready for any nasty remarks..their parents will bombard..just in case...well knowing that one of the boy's mom was the one who-protect-son-like-no-other-tomoro..was consoling the kids...when one of the boy's mom came.. and she broke down. yeah..hati siapa sey tak sayu..lihat anak in that condition...and she kissed her son's forehead...auw! I was mentally prepared to ans everythin.. but guess what!!! i consoled her instead! she said that she noes her son very well.. she listened as i told her wat happened.. phew~ she was so composed after dat..and even asked me for suggestion wether to bring her son to the hospital or pte GP.. blink blink! i didnt expect..this parent which we thot were the 'difficult-to-handle' could b that soo understanding! she was so nice and even told me..abt her son character at home... totally active kid!! i completed the full report..and tadaa..after she left... the other boy's dad arrived. euw...he looked at his son..n shook his head.. I smiled and told him wat happened. He didnt say much..other than saying thanks.. eheh n again..asking me for advise! surprise! So..not all parents are nasty! I was glad that i met this kinda parents.. nice! submitted the report to the discipline master..and..i smiled.
