anyway...today is definitely...the most chaotic day in school...ever!!!!!!!!!
at 10am, the admin staff approached me.."Ayu, are u aware that you are supposed to be at S'pore Arts Museum by 9.30am?"
i was like...'WHAT FISH??' ( pinjam eh herda) one particular school's VP were trying to get hold of me..like duh..i was in class!!
neways..found out..i wasnt informed that its confirmed!!
called my VP..yada yada yada..n he asked me to call a cab..get a relief teacher...n zooom ...off to SAM!
well, it was like a blessing in disguise!
i've been wanting to visit SAM! wanting to see the former SJI! n finally i got my chance..
anyway..the workshop is about Modernisation Art..
pretty cool art work..
Im pretty glued on Kenny Scharf's work...Obglob... love the colours that he used... Theres Marc Mulder's work too..White Lillies!
and of coz.. theres Cesar Domela's Composition..the one that can be seen at City Link Mall, i think..
so..inspired to bring Kenny Scharf's ideas back to school...paint one of the walls...but again...hmmm.. its too tiring...shall consider tho..
The pratical session we had just now was pretty cool.. self expression using different mediums...interesting..
aha! which reminds me..of this elective that i took b4.. 'expression thru art media"...euw..right under my nose..starked a NAKED lady!! mind u..a malay girl u noe!! me and awi..hehe yes..we went..euw! *jaw dropped*...it was pretty alrite after sometime.....but after few weeks...tadaaa.... the next model was an Indian man!!!!!!! jeng jeng jeng fuh....drew him of 2 different posed for 3 solid hrs!!!!.....then, went home with a cold sweat..n had high fever! no joke!! ehehehehhe
tomoro's is the 2nd day of the course...euw..away from school...dun relli like it..coz im anticipating
piles of worksheets to be marked!!!!!!
